The facility includes 20 ha of zoned INDUSTRY land. Of this area approximately 8 ha is occupied by existing industrial buildings. There are two areas of vacant land – one lot of 8.4 ha is ideal for medium to heavy industrial expansion, and a smaller area of approximately 5.4 ha (over 2 lots) is ideal for light industrial uses. The site is serviced by roads suitable for B double trucks, 1.5km off the Bundaberg Gin Gin Main Road with direct linkage to Highway One. The Park is 3.5km from the Bundaberg Central Business District. The buildings comprise:- - A number of adjoining 20 meter wide x 6 meter (average) high manufacturing halls of various lengths (40 meters to 120 meters). Three of the larger halls are each serviced by 2 x 5 tonne over head gantry cranes. (hook height 5.5meters to 6.4meters)

• A wide range of CNC machining, gear cutting and plate cutting, bending and rolling equipment is installed. The facility managers provide a machining and cutting service for Park tenants at attractive rates and at short lead times.

The previous site management (Austoft Industries Ltd) have developed a skilled and stable workforce of CNC machinists, wielders/boilermakers, painters and assemblers as well as engineers and administration personnel, many of whom are keen to find stable employment opportunities with site tenant companies. The site managers provide a personnel referral service at no cost
